HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALEX **Alex was such a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process of leasing out our home. Not only did he go above and beyond by staging our property with Designed Spaces by Elle (not common for rentals), but he was also able to secure multiple offers and great tenants above asking price within less than 48 hours of listing our property! This was our first time renting out our home and we had no idea what to expect. The entire situation was stress free and made things easier on us as we have a one-year-old; which is difficult with showings.Alex's warm presence and "can do" attitude made selecting a Realtor easy. With so many Real Estate teams out there it’s very tough to know who to hire. I can tell you Alex and his team are absolutely amazing. We were first time sellers when the market started to change which was scary for us but, Anastassia and Alex took the time to explain every detail to us and they were always open and honest with their advice.
