Hi, I’m Alex Winiarski, a dedicated and results-driven realtor with over 12 years of experience in the real estate industry and more than 20 years as a seasoned real estate investor. My journey into real estate began with a strong academic foundation, studying Geography at Carleton University and specializing in Urban Planning at Mohawk College. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with some of Canada’s most prominent companies, including Rogers Communications, Unilever, Nestle Purina, and Cadillac Fairview. My expertise in sales, construction, contract negotiations, and project management—honed during my time with Tyco International, Guardian Fire and Marshall Macklin Monaghan—has been instrumental in delivering successful outcomes for my clients. Notably, I played a key role in the revitalization of the Rogers Centre, an iconic Canadian landmark.
